What Are Your Payment Terms?

Our standard terms are 40% deposit, 60% before shipment for new clients. Established clients may qualify for other terms (e.g., 30/70, L/C). The mold fee (if any) is paid 100% upfront.

What Is Your Typical Delivery Timeline?

Production is scheduled based on confirmed orders. Our standard lead time is approximately 60 days (about two months) from order confirmation to shipment. For new custom designs, add 30-45 days for mold creation and prototyping. This timeline can be significantly reduced if your product matches an existing design already in our production cycle. In such cases, we may be able to align your order with an ongoing production run for faster fulfillment.

We prioritize efficient scheduling and clear communication to ensure your products are delivered as promptly as possible while maintaining our high-quality standards. A more precise timeline will be provided with your formal order confirmation.

What Are The Shipping Terms?

You own the customized molds you pay for. They are stored at our facility for your exclusive use. We provide mold maintenance and a storage agreement.
