That’s why we offer a free sample program specifically for entrepreneurs like you. With a low MOQ of just 1000 units, we’re built for small-batch brands. But first, try the sample. It’s the smartest cost you’ll invest in your product launch. Here are the most frequently asked questions for our free sample policy.

Is the sample really free?

Yes – the sample product itself is free. You only pay for express shipping (DHL/FedEx) so you receive it in 5–10 business days. Shipping is $50–$60 depending on your country. We ship from Dongguan, China.

What do I get in the free sample?

You’ll receive 2–3 samples filled with your requested blend (e.g. mint, eucalyptus, citrus, or a mix). Basic packaging is included. For full custom printed boxes, we’ll send a mockup version.

Can I request a custom blend not listed?

Yes, but it’s not free. You need to pay $100 for custom blend development fee. Custom blend sample will be ready for shipping in 7 days after deposit receipt.

How long does production take after I approve the sample?

Once you confirm your design and blend, production takes 20–25 business days for 1000-5000 units.

Do you offer dropshipping or fulfillment?

Currently we do not offer dropshipping or fulfillment services. You’ll need to arrange your own warehousing and shipping, or work with a 3PL provider. We focus on manufacturing and custom packaging.

What’s your MOQ after the sample?

Our standard MOQ for fully custom packaging (printed tube + custom box) is 10000 units. For 5000-9999 units, we offer a semi-custom option (your logo on a standard white box or sticker label).
